Die Mandy die die Organisation macht ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Leider ist Qualität der Ware sehr sehr schlecht.
Die Stifte sind ausgelaufen und sehr schlecht verpackt.
Ich werde diese Lieferung reklamieren, denn ich kann von 500 Set maximal 200 Sets packen und verkaufen. Ich habe viel Geld bezahlt und wenig dafür bekommen.

Hello Jana, Das tut uns außerordentlich leid. Erstens werden füller getrennt verpackt, um platz und fracht zu sparen. Damit er nicht eingehüllt ist. Dann wurde die fracht 3-mal über auslieferung transportiert. Darüber hinaus traten bei der beförderung beschädigte verpackung und undichte angaben auf. Das tut uns außerordentlich leid. Außerdem habe ich dir oft gesagt, dass du die richtige summe zurückzahlen könntest.
First of all, we're very sorry about that. In order to save packaging space and save freight, the pen and the bubble shell color box are packaged separately. So the pen has no bubble shell protection. Then because of the Courier company, the goods were sent 3 times before they were delivered. The turbulence of transportation also caused damage to the packaging and leakage of ink. I have communicated with you many times, pls count the quantity and then refund the corresponding cost to you. We're very sorry for all.
