Quality: Awful. Lock does not work properly. Fingerprint Id does not work, therefore you cannot open the door. The typed number code function also does not work and will not unlock the door. The lock is useless without those features working properly. Design: Looks beautiful but is not functional. I saved the best for last. The service is AWFUL. Days will go by before you get and type of response, you have to constantly reach out to them. This company and their representative (Mrs.Uno Zhou) have refused to refund my money for faulty lock, stating I must place another order to get my lock replaced. Why would I even want to place another order? I offered to return their lock back to them for an exchange of a functioning lock. Still NOTHING! Do not waste your hard earned money on this company. Their prices are higher than most others anyways. With the service and quality, steer clear of this company.
