Ordered to the UK shipping was seamless and surprisingly fast considering it's a fairly large device and has to pass customs. It was well packed with a nice flight case. The device itself seems robust and I have used it to good effect. Customer service was excellent with contact via WhatsApp. The product itself is effective, however after using it for a bit, my only complaint (hence the 4 stars) is that I wish the cables were a longer as it means I have to keep the device a lot closer than I'd prefer in a smaller space, rather than keeping it stationary and being able to move around the client more freely. Essentially forcing you to use a mobile trolley. However, don't let this put you off the device if this is not a factor for you!
