this is the second order with this company, my first order was good quality and good service , and that’s why I re order again from them , Unfortunately the second order was delay without any reason , I approved the sample and keep waiting for more than 2 week to get in contact with me to say that my order is finish but useless . Aurora didn’t came with my expectation , ( delay , ignore msg and answer next day ) not professional at all , after the shipment reach the DHL base in my country they ask about HS code , when I ask from Auroura she send me Chinese Lagrange article I don’t know what is it unless u use google translation , Aaurora reject from me order of 800 pcs of bag and the excuse was is low quantity other sales person from her company accept it honestly without no personal issue with Aurora , she is damaging the business with her low standard of communication skills . I was plan to have big orders with them coming days but because of Aoura I give it to other supplie
