Delivery was supposed to be 3 to 4 working days, however the item has still not shipped almost 30 days later.
The sample quality was amazing which is why I came back for a bulk order.
The service was great during the sample phase, however, once I purchased bulk, the communication severely declined. Transparencey about where they were in the process lacked.. I asked for pictures countless times during the process and they have not provided it only an excuse as to why they couldn’t or haven’t.
Very disappointed with the overall bulk process
