Emily was fantastic to work with. She was quick to reply to messages, and always really helpful with her ideas and suggestions. My sample delivery even came with a handwritten note which was very thoughtful. The sample product had some minor defects in the printing such as ink stamp residue on some pages and smudged text on other pages. Emily acknowledged these issues and was very willing to resolve issues.
